I’m excited to introduce Rashmi, our fourteenth xoBeautiful project reveal. Rashmi was photographed at a gorgeous Door County Wisconsin Wedding venue. 7501 Mariner Road. Egg Harbor, Wisconsin – One of the most Luxurious Door County Waterfront Homes. A dream location for a destination wedding in Wisconsin.

Rashmi’s Story in her words why she wanted to be involved in the xoBeautiful project:
I have been a fan of Jen’s work ever since I found her page via facebook. I love the compositions of her pictures, the softness that she induces and her ability to make all her subjects so beautiful. This year as I turn the dreaded 30 and I heard about the xoBeautiful project I wanted to capture some memories that I would one day look back to and remember fondly. I am very glad that she picked me to be a part of this wonderful project.
Being absolutely in love with every piece of jewelry and the gorgeous gowns, I had to hear all about her wedding day.
We got married in Bangalore, India in June 2010. As with many indian weddings it was over 3 days with many ceremonies, lots of dancing and all our family and friends. The ceremony and reception happened in the same location and was beautifully decorated. My dad has just passed on a year before and although it was very difficult emotionally and physically tiring, my mom and I designed, coordinated and put together a wonderful weddings with 1500 guests that was warm and full of memories even to this day.
As you may remember from my first post, I mentioned that I had loved ones fill out a fun survey about each lady. Rashmi’s husband filled this one out for her. Be prepared by his utter sweetness and they way he absolutely adores Rashmi. It is truly so heartwarming. Be sure to read down where he describes how they first met. Happy tears!!!
Describe her in 4 words or less: Beautiful, Lovely, Tender, Caring.
Why do you feel she needs this day to feel beautiful and be a model for the day? My dearest and most lovely wife Rashmi is the most beautiful, caring and loving person I have ever known. I am blessed to be part of her life. Rashmi is very gentle and selfless and always is trying to make the lives of her near dear ones better. Needless to say I am so lucky that she takes care of me and always thinks about me and loves me unconditionally. It is time for her to have that special day where it is all about her and she feels special like a princess that she is. I hope this day is special for her and I know she will remember it for ever!
When were you most proud of her?I am proud of her every day. Not a day goes by when I don’t think and feel proud about all her achievements. Whether it is her work or how she has made our lovely home and how she takes care of me, her family and my dad, and all the fun things that she plans and brings to our lives like lovely holidays and fun trips through which I have seen so many amazing parts of the world! I am always proud and amazed by her spirit and zest for life from which I have learnt to see the world in such a lovely way.
Does she have any hidden talents/funny personality traits? Rashmi is an amazing cook. She is always experimenting and comes up with amazing fusion dishes that often brings the best of our home country indian and western cuisine. She is also an amazing planner and has planned some of the most memorable vacations that I have ever had, from Italy to London to right here in the states. And the best part is she is always smiling and does do these things with positive bubbly and radiant manner which makes all this even more pleasurable!
What makes her special? She is the most beautiful, lovely, caring, tender, selfless and genuine person that I have known and I love her for that!!
What do you wish for her in life? I wish Rashmi gets all the happiness that she deserves! I hope she can see all the beautiful places in the world! I hope we have lovely children soon who are just like her!
What is her dream job? Although she has not fully admitted this yet, I think Rashmi secretly wishes that someday she will start her own restaurant to share with the world her wonder full talent as an expert chef in indian and western fusion cuisine!
Describe a funny memory or moment about her. I remember the first time I met Rashmi in Bangalore airport after we had spoken on the phone for a few months. I was deep in love with her and my emotion overcame me and the first moment I saw her I grabbed her kissed passionately. All this was in front of her family and mine and a whole bunch of people we both did not know! She was so red in her face! And that was very memorable moment, something we both look back with smiles and laughter and joy.
If she could spend a day with any actor/actress for the day who would it be and why? I think she would love to spend a day with Brad Pitt. I think he is one guy she finds more handsome than me!!
