How the bride and groom met and how he proposed (told by Brandy)
Justin and I met at work, fall of 2006, and he knew I was into hunting, as he is, so that was our topic of conversations getting us together. Justin and I went to Prairie Village Tractor Jamboree, Madison, http://www.prairievillage.org/. My family has many Massey Harris tractors and we go every year. There is an old village with many different business(photo, jail, dentist, bank…) There is an old Train Depot with old trains. Next to the depot is a stationary train “Chapel Car”. August 26 2011 Justin told me he wanted to go look at all the old buildings but just walked by most. We then went into the Chapel Car and I was looking around and Justin stood in one spot. I asked him what he was doing and he put his arms around me and told me “I love you, I have always loved you and always will. Will your marry me?” I was kind of shocked and then it became real when he got on his knee and took out the ring. Of course I said yes! Then I cried. Justin then wanted me to go outside to see how sparkly the rings was. Justin told me he wanted to do it here because the year before was his 1st year there with me and he remembered how I told him I liked the Chapel car because people still get married there and he thought it would be special and knew it was important for my family to be around to tell them. Awww 🙂
The details of their special day and their favorite moments (told by Brandy)
We picked St. Francis Catholic Church, Gresham, because that is our church. We picked the Gathering because we thought the venue was very nice, food was good and the owner was very good to us. Some of our favorite memories are: when (after soooo many fittings) I finally got put on my wedding dress and wear it to walk down the isle, seeing my dad for the first time and having him walk me down the isle and seeing Justin for the first time, seeing his face and seeing me walking down the isle . Our first dance, My first dance with my Dad, dancing with my grandpas, dancing and having fun with family and friends & watching Justin dance(attempt his sexy dance to get my garter to throw, the look on my sisters face when she caught the bouquet. Of course we loved all the decor putt together and we loved our cake it was beautiful, Grand March(hunting), Music (Sorry the list is so long, sorry just so many favorites)
